Another week down

It's been a busy week. Two 5am PT sessions plus 4 days of after hours training... making my days about 14 hours long.... too long. The good news, I passed my first driving evaluation! Yeah me! It was a speed track, with 6 graded turns and at least 6 more that weren't graded. They were some big turns too and we had to complete the entire 1.5 mile track in under 1 min 25 sec. not an easy task. But, I PASSED!!!!! Then, just after that, I broke myself during the PT session. I actually had to sit out part of it, because my knee wouldn't hold up my weight at all. I finished the run despite the pain I was in and I was able to get up the last 20 minutes of class or so to box with the rest of the class. I only sat with ice on my knee for about 20 minutes. I figure I was doing pretty good. I'm just ecstatic that I passed my first graded portion of the training. 1 down and countless more to go.

We all went back out to the club last night and apparently will be going out again tonight. Hopefully tonight I'll be able to dance a little and not just sit around with intense pain in my leg. One of the girls in my class is threatening that if I don't go out onto the dance floor tonight that she is going to have one of the guys carry me out onto the dance floor and sit me on a chair in the middle... so she can give me a lap dance. I'm thinking that I'll happily walk, well limp, my ass out onto the dance floor on my own if it'll avoid that little scene.

We will be heading to the beach in a little bit for a couple hours. We're going to a different beach, so hopefully the sand will be nice on this beach, not like concrete, like the last one. I'm guessing there will be more football, but I don't think I'll be participating. See later.
